1. Small Group Personal Training Sessions | 2 Per Week (50 minutes each)

2. Nutrition coaching and accountability through our 5-4-3-2-1 challenge

Simple, But Not Easy 

Much of the world around us today is designed to keep us comfortable. Fast food is comfortable and convenient. Our homes are temperature controlled for comfort. Netflix starts playing the next episode so we don't even have to hit a button on the remote. 

We've been conditioned to think we can get what we want with minimal effort. 

But there are certain areas of life where you can't get results without challenge. 


If you want the nutrition your body craves, If you want to kick inflammation to the curb, if you want to finally shed those extra pounds, 


You. Must. Be. Willing. To. Be. Uncomfortable. 


When it comes to getting uncomfortable, there are four types of people. Two types will be successful, and two will fail. So, who are you? 


Let's say you’re at the beach, wanting to get into the water, but aware that it will be cold and uncomfortable. 


Type 1 people will get in the water to their ankles. When a wave rolls in, they back up. Eventually they get bored, give up, and wander back to their towels on the sand.


Type 2 people will get in the water and slowly move forward. First their ankles, then their knees, then their thighs, and so on. They’re always a little uncomfortable (especially that point right above the thighs- you know what we’re talking about!), and, importantly, they’re always moving forward.


Type 3 people take off running and plunge into the surf. They’re fully immersed in a matter of seconds, shocked and cold, but not long after totally used to the water. 


Type 4 people not only run into the water, but then keep swimming until they’re so far away that they awaken Godzilla and get thrown into Mt. Fuji. 


Most of our clients start out approaching nutrition changes as Type 1s. They take a few steps forward, a few steps backwards, yo-yo-ing until they give up.

After people go at it for long enough, they turn into Type 2s. However, we’ve noticed that some of our most successful clients, the ones who experience rapid success towards their goals, are the ones who are willing to take on a lot of discomfort and change all at once. These are the type 3s. As for Type 4s? They are the ones taking things to the extreme. We definitely don’t want anyone starving, dehydrating, or hacking off limbs to lose weight. This is why it's so important to have a process-based approach with boundaries and accountability.

1. Small Group Personal Training Sessions


Sessions are 50-minutes long and comprise everything you need to get an amazing workout that is appropriate for YOU.


Sessions focus chiefly on our 12  Village Movement Standards: the 12 MOST important movements for people 50+ to be strong, healthy, and lean for decades to come. 


Most folks come in for sessions 2-3 days per week. Sessions are 8 people or less and led by 1 of our amazing coaches or Dr.'s of physical therapy


Sessions start as early as 5am and end as late as 7:30pm Monday-Friday and we even have sessions on Saturday's! 

2. Nutrition Coaching Through 5-4-3-2-1 Curriculum

During the challenge, you'll work with our Nutritionist to optimize your diet and lifestyle for weight loss and health. 

We will start by teaching you how to clean out your kitchen from toxins and foods that are making you sick and making it tough to lose weight. Then, we will teach you what foods to eat for maximal health. 

Every day, you'll track and be held accountable to 3 simple habits. 

1. Drinking 64 ounces of water. 

2. Keeping your daily carb intake under 100 grams per day.

3. Keeping a daily food journal. 

Each week, you'll answer a reflection question, do a weigh in, and make sure you're on track to accomplish your goals.

From a nutrition coaching perspective, we give you a step-by-step approach to making change through our nutrition coaching cards. Then, we educate on the WHY through each of our Village Principles.
Through a step-by-step program, accountability, and amazing community, our Small Group Training program is able to get you real results in just 4-weeks.

Obviously you have to show up, make the changes and do the work, but it's so much easier with a team and community in your corner every step of the way. 

"I'm hesitant to spend money on my health." 
"That's a car payment!" is something I used to hear quite often from new clients. This is a value issue. How you spend your money and your time shows what you prioritize. The bad news about those who value a car that they don't actually own (the bank does) is that it won't last for life whereas your body WILL. How well your body works is entirely dependent on how you care for and invest in it. 

Listen, the government, big pharma, and big healthcare are NOT about keeping you healthy. If you don't invest in your health no body will. 

"My spouse/significant other isn't on board with this" 
You and your spouse need to be on the same page financially. The last thing we want is for your health journey to create conflict in your home. I have a few pieces of sage wisdom for you on navigating these decisions with a spouse. First, start with WHY. "Honey. I'm frustrated with _____ (something about your health or body). I want to get help with this so I can feel more confident in my body and my health .This is really important to me. It's really important to me to set a good example for our kids from a health standpoint. I need some help and I think this program at Village is the right fit for me. FOCUS | During sessions, we start with a few minutes of warm up

STANDARDS | This is the majority of each session. Here we go through a few of our Village Movement Standards, the 12 most important movements that all humans need in place in their lives to maximize their health potential

CORE | We spend time in EVERY session hitting core strength to build a strong, toned, lean core that supports your spine and keeps you feeling great!

APEX | This is the high intensity conditioning part of each workout. You need to work really hard, but not for very long. 

WIND DOWN | Stretching, breathing, and some mindset work cap off each session.
