Then, you'll work 1-1 with Dr. Erica. She does a combination of hands on treatment, specific exercises, and education. This puts your body in a place where it can heal and recover. Every session with Dr. Erica will be 1-1 in a private treatment room. You'll be able to give feedback on how things are working for you. Every mom and every body is unique.

Do you take insurance?

Village Fitness and Physical Therapy is a private physical therapy practice. This means we work for our patient directly and not the insurance company. We will not bill your insurance. Instead, you'll be given a super bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

My 3rd pregnancy and delivery were by far the hardest. I had pelvic prolapse after. Didn't know that was a thing, but it happened, so yeah.
