How our body felt when we were kids is like that gorgeous section of the 🛣 California 134 just before Glendale at 6 a.m. on a Sunday, with nothing but birds chirping and sunshine warming the hilltops across the valley. 🚙🚗You could careen across six lanes and be totally safe. Not that you should. But you could.

The older you get, the closer you get towards Monday morning☀️ on the oldest section of the 5 (for those who have never dealt with California traffic🚘, the I-5 is one of the worst highways in the country for traffic). And yes, multiple lanes are blocked due to accidents⚠️. If your car is an ailing Crown Victoria and you haven’t had any coffee☕️, the chances of you running into someone and causing the next lane blockage are high.

Most folks are worried that it’s too late for their bodies to get them where they want to go 😱.They’re too old and too injured. They’re up against the guardrail in life’s highway. Now, it may not be possible to find six open lanes of freedom the way it was as a kid, but the good news is that you don’t need all six lanes open to move at a comfortable speed. You just need one ☝🏽 . So, what’s that lane for you? Maybe it’s nutrition 🥗, maybe it’s healthy movement 🏃🏽, or maybe it’s understanding pain and inflammation 🔥 through analogies like this one.
